Minor updates

With more people joining, I thought I should probably improve the infrastructure.

1. Players can use beds to set the home spawn point now.
2. Players can use lapis to teleport. Hold a piece of lapis and a right click takes you to spawn. A left click takes you to your home. Doing this consumes the lapis.

I'm getting closer to having the economy work. I have all the backend pieces, I just need to find a shop plugin I like.
